How to Book a

Hair Appointment at Rouge Royalty

We’re delighted to welcome you to Rouge Royalty! To book your appointment, you have three convenient options:

1️⃣ Treatwell – Book online easily through our Treatwell page. Simply select your preferred service, date, and time. Treatwell website

2️⃣ Call or Text – Reach us at 07743718199 to request an appointment. If we’re unable to answer, please leave a detailed message with:

Your full name
The date you’d like to book
Your email address
The service(s) you’d like

3️⃣ Instagram DM – Send us a message on @rouge.royalty with the same details listed above.

Welcome to Rouge Royalty, a private one-on-one salon experience designed to provide personalized and professional hair services. To ensure the best experience for all clients, please review our salon policies below:

1. Appointments & Deposits

A non-refundable deposit of £10 is required to secure all appointments. This deposit will be deducted from your final service cost.
Appointments are only confirmed once the deposit has been received.
If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours in advance. Deposits may be transferred to a new appointment if rescheduled within this timeframe.
No-shows and cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice will forfeit the deposit.
Repeated cancellations may result in a requirement for full payment upfront for future bookings.

2. Patch Tests

A patch test is required at least 48 hours before any color service.
Clients who fail to complete a patch test may have their appointment canceled and deposit forfeited.

3. Consultations & Waivers

A consultation is required for all extension and highlight services.
During the consultation, we will assess your hair type, discuss your desired results, and ensure the best service for your needs.
Failure to attend a scheduled consultation may result in the inability to book the desired service.
Each client must sign a non-responsibility waiver before any chemical service treatment.
A non-reliable waiver will be signed for any chemical services.
All extensions must be paid for in full before the appointment is made.

4. Late Arrivals & No-Shows

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule, and the deposit will not be refunded.
No-shows will result in the loss of the deposit and may require full payment upfront for future appointments.

5. Payment & Refunds

Full payment is required at the end of your service.
All deposits are non-refundable.
Due to the nature of our services, refunds are not offered. If you experience any issues, please contact us within 48 hours, and we will do our best to address your concerns.

6. Salon Etiquette

Rouge Royalty is a private, one-on-one salon. Please do not bring additional guests, including children, unless previously discussed.
Respectful behavior is expected at all times to maintain a relaxing and professional environment.
Mobile phone use should be kept to a minimum to maintain a peaceful atmosphere.
